The NFC West crown will be handed out on Saturday night, and with it, the No. 1 seed in the conference as the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers duke it out from Santa Clara.

Rashid Shaheed had a 58-yard punt return touchdown with 8:03 to go in regulation and the Seahawks got the 2-point conversion to cut the Rams’ lead to 30-22. That gave Seattle some life.

The Los Angeles Rams lost a heartbreaker to the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday night, blowing a 16-point fourth-quarter lead and losing in overtime, 38-37.
