Cole Adams, a wide receiver formerly of Alabama, committed to Vanderbilt football in the transfer portal, his agency announced Jan. 9 on social media. Adams appeared in 15 games for the Crimson Tide in 2025 but recorded just five catches for 71 yards. He appeared in seven games in 2024 and two games in a redshirt 2023.

Southern University defensive back Treylan James has committed to Lane Kiffin and the LSU Tigers after going public with a decision on Friday.
