Thomas Frank was forced to make an early change during Tottenham Hotspur's clash against Sunderland on Sunday afternoon.

Frank was booed loudly by the travelling Tottenham supporters on New Year's Day as he attempted to approach them to applaud their efforts after the goalless draw at his former club Brentford. Those fans had sung 'boring, boring Tottenham' during the encounter as well as chant for former players and managers throughout.
